To participate in a Remote Support Session you receive a session number upon consultation and please complete the following:
- 1) enter the session number you received from us
- 2) enter yourname
- 3) the Netviewer participant program is downloaded by clicking on the button “Participate now”
- 4) Select in the browser, if necessary via download button -> Open ->Execute
- 5) confirm the execution of the program “Netviewer”, verified Publisher: “Netviewer AG”
